HOW TO PICK UP HAY BALES ON FARMING SIMULATOR 2014 MOD
The only way I found I could do it in 17 without wanting to break something was with the autoload feature on the CSZ mod pack, so that your Bale forks to could lift two or three baels without them flying all around the place. Manually loading a trailer with bales is just an exercise in frustration unless you have endless amounts of patience.
It also makes handling round bales extra difficult as they are sitting on the flat surface that you would use for a Bale spike or Bale forks. Tip 2: the amount of silage is the same as grass/hay/chaff you have stored in a silo/bale. Also, only cylindrical bales can be loaded with a load wagon. However, cylindrical bales are easier to load up and transport. You can just push the bales over to the cow shed with the tractor ( lol, push 4/5 at a time, it's good steering practice). Tip 1: it doesn't matter whether your bales are cylindrical or cubic. You just have to buy the one in the shop that's next to the one that makes bales then you can put them on the icon with the cow. Without that though, the fact the autostackers unload the bales vertically always makes the risk of them falling over far greater. KUHN FBP 3135 can create bales and wrap them at the same time. Ive done this on the cow farm with silage, hay, and grass bales. You can just pick up the bales and lower them onto the feeding trough and it will turn into loose food in the trough. In FS17 I was normally happy to use the autostacking trailers that came with the game as I could use a Bale storage mod to store them safely. Elwa圓58 wrote: You dont need a mixing wagon. So, with some modded maps and coarseplay coming out now I finally feel like putting some time into FS19, but I realise that working with bales is still a pain (even if round bales don't roll as much now), so how do you guys handle moving bales? What equipment or mods have you found that make the process the least painful?
